At Lukas Leibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unassembled, like-new condition to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original Lukas Leibe protective packaging.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
